As a key member of the finance team, the Senior Accountant will report to the Manager of Consolidations and play a critical role in the monthly consolidation process for Modal Power LLC. This position involves preparing financial statement analysis and corresponding with portfolio companies while ensuring compliance with USGAAP. Candidates should bring strong analytical skills and experience in financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate monthly consolidation and financial close process
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial disclosures




• Engage with portfolio companies on financial activities
• Review quarterly accounting reports for consistency
• Assist with audits and integration of new assets

Requirements:
• CPA designation from CPA Canada or CPA US
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
• Knowledge of USGAAP
• Experience with OneStream is an asset
