In your role, you will collaborate with the NPI Process Development team in Saanichton, tailoring semiconductor processes to meet pioneering industry standards. Your hands-on experience will directly impact the fabrication of our advanced radiation detectors. Expect to engage in problem-solving, utilizing scientific methods to optimize production quality and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize processes like etching, lapping, and deposition
• Execute Design of Experiments for process enhancement
• Coordinate and execute fabrication runs for sensor prototypes
• Document and standardize operating procedures for processes
• Address non-conforming products through effective troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of industry-related experience
• Master’s or PhD in engineering or sciences
• Solid background in semiconductor physics
• Hands-on innovation and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication abilities
