In the role of IT Specialist III, you will manage WCB's Windows distributed environment while ensuring stability and reliability. Your expertise will support problem resolution and preventive measures, improving technology initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Business Technology Services department and colleagues, you'll contribute to ongoing improvements in both processes and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer WCB Enterprise Applications and Cloud services
• Diagnose problem tickets in collaboration with business teams




• Lead ACS projects and initiatives through coordination
• Install software adhering to change management practices
• Proactively implement process improvements in service delivery

Requirements:
• Degree in a computer-related discipline
• 10 years experience in IT services, with 7 in technical support
• ITIL and COBIT certifications or pursuit
• Knowledge of Azure, DevOps, and M365 products
• Solid communication and troubleshooting skills
