As an Account Manager in personal lines, you will be integral in supporting clients with their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the BSAA Personal Insurance team
• Present quotes and handle renewals with clients
• Issue invoices and necessary policy documentation
• Manage claims processes with clients and insurers
• Maintain accurate and organized account records
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of personal lines experience
• General Insurance Agent Level II license or equivalent
• Progress towards CAIB, CIP, or other designations is advantageous
• Experience with EPIC broker management system preferred
• Excellent time management and detail orientation
