This full-time, permanent position allows you to engage with Christian leaders to promote Focus Canada’s initiatives and resources. You’ll establish relationships that increase participation in ministry programs and support clergy, ultimately advancing the organization’s mission across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen relationships with churches and ministry networks
• Identify recent partnership and collaboration opportunities
• Represent Focus Canada at key events and initiatives




• Guide volunteer engagement and performance evaluation
• Ensure responsible resource management and planning

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of pastoral leadership experience
• Degree from a Bible College or equivalent seminary education
• Strong networking and public speaking skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities in ministry contexts
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
