OTI Lumionics is seeking an In office Process Technician to contribute to innovative material development for OLED displays. This role involves hands-on equipment operation and testing, ensuring quality and safety in production.
As a Process Technician, you will follow established SOPs to operate R&D; and production equipment, conduct sample testing, and assist engineers with both maintenance and data processing. Your hands-on skills and understanding of processing engineering will be crucial for the development of next-generation materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate R&D; and production equipment following SOPs
• Perform sample testing and data collection on OLED devices
• Assist in repairing and setting up new equipment
• Support process engineers with maintenance and reports
• Provide feedback on software improvements
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Strong hands-on skills and processing engineering knowledge
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work all shifts
• Knowledge of environmental impact compliance
