What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and developing new commercial accounts within your assigned territory

Generating leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits

Meeting with business owners and decision-makers to identify waste and recycling needs

Preparing proposals and presenting customized service solutions

Negotiating contracts and closing new business

Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Collaborating with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

Maintaining an organized sales pipeline using CRM software

Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding new customers and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:





3+ years of successful outside sales experience

Experience in waste management, construction, industrial services, or a related B2B industry is considered an asset

Proven ability to generate leads and consistently close new business

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment

Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
