Join a dynamic organization as a Level 3 Claims Adjuster Supervisor in the Protection Products division. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of claims adjusters handling complex protection product claims, such as tire replacements, RV components, and cosmetic repairs. Compensation Competitive base salary between $85,000 – $95,000 with potential performance-based incentives and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities Oversee and manage a team of ancillary product claims adjusters, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution
Handle complex claims cases related to protection products, providing guidance and support to team members
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to streamline claims processes and improve service delivery
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team development




Maintain accurate documentation and report on team performance metrics
Qualifications Valid British Columbia Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License in good standing
2-3 years of experience in automotive or insurance claims preferred
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Ability to work full-time onsite in Edmonton and participate in rotating Saturday shifts if required
Post-secondary education in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is highly desirable
