We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide excellent care within our dementia and complex continuing care departments. Ideal candidates must have a current College of Nurses of Ontario registration, Basic Life Support certification, and experience in specialized care. Your skills in therapeutic communication, de-escalation techniques, and patient assessment will be essential in this vibrant health team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to complex care patients
• Utilize excellent assessment and communication skills




• Administer medications and perform catheterizations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care practices

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Life Support and Capillary Blood Glucose certifications
• Experience in dementia care and medication administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingualism (English/French) preferred
