Rennaï is on the hunt for an Operations Expert to ensure the accuracy and smooth functioning of our store’s back-of-house activities. This position requires expertise in inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes, essential for fulfilling orders and maintaining stock levels efficiently. You will be responsible for executing inventory counts and supporting teams during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming merchandise and ensure proper labeling
• Execute and adjust daily Front-of-House returns




• Maintain compliance with inventory management systems
• Support e-commerce operations during peak times
• Organize an effective stockroom environment

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in operations or similar role
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Bilingual skills in French and English preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg
