Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing and benefits administration. Your duties will include preparing timely payroll, entering payroll information accurately, and handling employee inquiries effectively. An essential part of this role is maintaining compliance with legislation and managing benefit packages for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Enter and verify payroll data including benefits and deductions
• Handle payroll processing for recent hires, transfers,



and terminations
• Liaise with employees and management regarding payroll inquiries
• Administer employee benefits and maintain updated records

Requirements:
• PCP designation through National Payroll Institute
• Minimum 3 years' full cycle payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of legislative payroll requirements
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
