ementAkkodis is seeking a Junior Application Support Specialist to support operational activities associated with hosting and maintaining enterprise applications within a shared services environment
ment.The successful consultant will play a key role in supporting mission-critical middleware platforms, service management processes, cloud-based environments, and application hosting services. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, practical middleware support experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeho

ments.Manage incident intake, triage, escalation, and resolution activ
