Join Stratford Hall as a Facilities Technician responsible for building maintenance, event support, and ensuring safety across the campus. Utilize your skills in plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs in this permanent role.

As a key member of the facilities team, you will perform regular maintenance, assist in event setups, and ensure the cleanliness of all facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance assignments throughout Stratford Hall Campus
• Support event setups and transport equipment as needed
• Assist with repairs to fixtures, furniture,



and surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness and assist cleaners as required
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing and HVAC systems

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Certification in scissor lift, fall arrest, and WHMIS
• Experience in a similar maintenance role
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs and perform physical work
• Class 2 driver's license preferred
