Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team at the McBride and District Hospital Clinic. This Part-time (0.75fte) position offers flexibility and the chance to provide longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages. The NP will attach a patient panel and contribute to a collaborative, culturally safe care environment supported by physicians, other nurse practitioners, primary care assistants, and an interprofessional team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population.
Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for documentation and care coordination.
Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals.
Participate in team-based care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Eligible for registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a Nurse Practitioner.
Experience in Primary Care Across the Lifespan Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed care.

Salary Range New Graduate NP - $149,382
1 Year Experience - $156,851
2 Years Experience - $164,320
