You will actively support sectors, manage contract administration issues, and represent the union at key hearings. Your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills will be fundamental for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop proposals in collaboration with bargaining units
• Negotiate single and multiple unit agreements
• Lead efforts for ratification and mediation sessions




• Address contract administration issues effectively
• Coordinate strike activities and logistical support

Requirements:
• Significant experience in collective bargaining
• Knowledge of contract language and arbitration processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Must have a valid B.C. Drivers Licence for travel
