• Advise on interpretation and compliance of Collective Agreements
• Manage grievances and respond to union inquiries




• Contribute to full-cycle collective bargaining preparations

Requirements:
• 5-7 years experience in human resources
• 3 years in a unionized environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• HR designation or progress towards CPHR is an asset
