Senior Manager, Architectural Operations
Reports To: MHC President

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Position Summary
Mosaic Holding Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Architectural Operations to lead the operational, financial, and strategic performance of its Architecture Division. This role is responsible for optimizing project delivery, resource planning, production, quality management, and profitability while supporting the continued growth of the business across Canada, the United States, and international markets.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve project performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of architectural services across Canadian and offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Architecture Division.

Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.

Improve workflows, production efficiency, and resource utilization.

Standardize project delivery processes and operational procedures.

Oversee project performance related to schedule, budget, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

Manage departmental P&L;, forecasting, utilization, WIP, and gross margin.

Review projects at key milestones to ensure successful delivery and risk management.

Lead workforce planning, staffing, and production scheduling across Canadian and offshore (MHCEG) teams.

Mentor managers and project leaders while supporting recruitment, performance management, and career development.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Technical & Operational Excellence

Ensure consistent QA/QC,



BIM standards, Revit workflows, and technical quality across all projects.

Lead process improvements through Lean practices, digital transformation, AI adoption, and ERP integration.

Support business development through proposal reviews, fee planning, client engagement, and strategic pursuits.

Key Accountabilities

Revenue growth of the Architecture Division

Departmental EBITDA and profitability

Successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Production planning across Canadian and offshore teams

Resource integration with Structural, MEP, and Procurement teams

Standardization of BIM, QA/QC, and project delivery practices

Capacity planning to support growth across Canada, Florida, and international markets

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor or Master of Architecture

Registered Architect

Experience

12+ years of architectural experience

7+ years in leadership or operations management

Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams, project delivery, and financial performance

Technical Skills

Revit

Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360

Microsoft Project

ERP systems

Microsoft 365

Building Codes and Contract Administration
