We are recruiting an enthusiastic midwife educator for two roles: one full-time permanent and one part-time fixed term. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality, evidence-based teaching in a supportive setting, while enhancing curricula and student assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the connection between education and practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging learning activities across midwifery programmes
• Design and enhance contemporary and evidence-based learning materials
• Teach in various environments including classrooms and online
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work
• Partner with practice organizations to improve educational quality
Requirements:
• Current Midwife Registration with the NMC
• Relevant first degree and Master's qualification progress
• Recent midwifery practice experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in teaching or curriculum development preferred
