As a part of Linde's team, you will support the reliability and compliance of plant equipment. This full time role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, alongside 0-2 years of experience, including internships. You will engage in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and optimizing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support maintenance of cryogenic equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime
• Assist in developing maintenance performance metrics




• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and policies
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs for performance improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Up to 2 years of experience in maintenance or reliability
• Exposure to cryogenic systems or industrial gas
• Familiarity with EAM/CMMS systems like SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
