You’ll manage the entire training cycle, from developing assessments to maintaining learning materials that ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Design immersive learning experiences for training initiatives
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions for understanding learner needs




• Execute and manage training events both online and offline
• Maintain and revise existing learning materials for relevance
• Collect feedback and integrate into new training strategies
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in instructional design or training roles
• Familiarity with eLearning course creation tools
• Solid facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
