Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement goal-centered programs for participants
• Organize transportation for clients to various locations
• Train recent staff and orient them to program specifics




• Support the spiritual needs of participants through activities
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
Requirements:
• Familiarity with person-directed planning processes
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Training in medication dispensing and administration
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
