Key Responsibilities:
• Manage human resources and compliance within the Centre
• Ensure outstanding customer service and facility management
• Oversee financial management and budget reporting




• Foster fundraising efforts and government grant acquisition
• Build solid community relationships and monitor program trends
Requirements:
• University degree or related certification
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a similar role
• Proven skills in project management and grant writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage financial statements and budgets
