Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customs clearance and regulatory compliance
• Handle preparation of duty drawback claims
• Manage all free trade certificate activities
• Advise clients on customs regulations and appeals
• Support team inquiries related to customs operations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Certification as a Customs Specialist (CCS)
• 5-10 years’ experience in customs or freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of customs legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective communication
