As part of CGL’s IT department, the Senior IAM Analyst is essential to administering identity lifecycle and troubleshooting incidents. You will improve operational efficiencies through automation and participate in significant projects involving IAM solutions, including SailPoint. This role requires solid analytical skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to meet our clients' security needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert in IAM platform management
• Develop and implement automated IAM solutions




• Lead sub-components of various technical projects
• Design processes and create training materials
• Perform user testing and support SailPoint applications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Identity Access Management
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
• Proficiency in Entra ID and Active Directory
• Familiar with ServiceNow and IAM tools
• CISSP certification is an asset
