As Design Developer 2, you will enhance product design through your expertise in pattern making and sewing. With a focus on responsible and sustainable design, work alongside cross-functional teams to develop seasonally relevant product solutions. Your role supports concept development, fabric testing, and prototype creation, ensuring brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sew unique prototypes aligned with design intent
• Document and communicate new concepts for garment construction
• Test materials to assess suitability for production




• Collaborate on seasonal project needs with designers and developers
• Compile project details for funding program submissions

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in technical design environments
• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in CAD, especially Gerber, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong pattern making and sewing skills
• Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of Arc’teryx products
