MEDA is seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience in injection molding and automotive engineering. This role involves frequent travel across Canada and the USA to manage critical projects.
In this Program Manager role, you will oversee programs closely aligned with the automotive industry, ensuring effective collaboration between teams and suppliers. Your ability to manage both current and revised programs from client awards to production sign-offs will be key. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating product submissions and leading the APQP teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead programs from inception through to production launch
• Manage timelines and budgets while meeting customer requirements
• Assemble and guide APQP teams for on-time launches
• Coordinate engineering readiness and prototype submissions
• Support tooling and cost reduction initiatives
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in Program Management for injection molding
• Background in automotive engineering practices
• Deep knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
• Experience with injection mold tooling and GD&T;
• Familiarity with launching major automotive programs
