This role reports directly to the Controller and is integral in managing project accounting processes. You will mentor billing and accounts payable teams, set up projects, and collaborate closely with project managers to maintain accurate cost tracking. Your responsibilities will also include approving invoices, tracking submissions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Project Billing and Accounts Payable teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers for cost allocation




• Review and approve monthly invoices for accuracy
• Oversee collections and project closeout activities
• Develop and monitor billing KPIs and analyses

Requirements:
• Proficient in project accounting systems (AIMSIO, Sage ERP)
• Solid leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Proven ability in financial reporting and audits
