The Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Underwriter to assess credit risk across our deal flow. You'll analyse financials, apply credit policy, and work closely with sales, ops,



and credit to help move good deals rapid — and stop bad ones faster. This is a hands‑on role where accuracy, commercial instinct, and pace are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Underwrite deals ranging from $25K – $1.5M
Analyse financials, bank data, and open banking feeds to assess creditworthiness
Apply credit risk policies accurately and flag sensible exceptions for review
Support offer structuring that balances speed, risk, and commercial value
Work closely with the sales team to support fast decisions and clean execution
Escalate edge cases and complex scenarios to senior underwriters or credit leadership
Maintain accurate underwriting documentation and CRM records
Contribute insight and feedback to help refine credit policy over time
