Lead Little Upton Nursery in Windsor as the Nursery Manager. With responsibility for ages 2-11, your passion for nurturing will shape young lives.

This full-time position requires managing daily nursery operations and engaging with children across Acorns and Oaks. You'll collaborate with the Head of EYFS to ensure high-quality education and care, keeping families informed on children's progress. Promote Little Upton Nursery through marketing initiatives and open mornings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day nursery operations year-round
• Work directly with Acorns and Oaks during term and holidays
• Market the nursery effectively to boost enrollment
• Maintain children's progress records and provide feedback
• Act as a key person for settling recent children

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a nursery environment
• 1 year of Line Management experience
• NVQ Level 3 qualification minimum
• Understanding of early childhood development and lesson planning
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
