Directly reporting to the Vice-President of Operations, this position requires overseeing secure rail network operations while fostering team safety awareness. Successful candidates will coach departmental managers, direct daily activities, and implement procedural modifications for safety compliance. This critical role also involves maintaining client relationships and participating in management committees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety processes and promote workplace safety
• Manage and coach department managers effectively
• Direct daily activities across all rail departments




• Create and modify operational plans for safety compliance
• Develop relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher in Operations/Logistics
• Over ten years in railroad management
• Strong knowledge of train operations and railroad engineering
• Proficient in MS Office with quick software adaptability
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and safety standards
