Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the Commercial Lines Team for optimal performance
• Assist Senior Risk Placement brokers with complex placements
• Engage with Production Teams to ensure client satisfaction




• Monitor and exceed growth targets aligned with business objectives
• Enhance workflows and procedures for increased efficiency

Requirements:
• 5+ years in risk placement for complex commercial risks
• Extensive experience in managing commercial insurance teams
• Expert knowledge of insurance workflows and policies
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Active RIBO license in good standing
