Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare compliant construction estimates for nuclear projects
• Oversee cost estimate development and proposal execution
• Collaborate with estimators for detailed project summaries
• Identify project risks and develop strategic execution plans
• Present proposals and estimates to Senior Management
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in nuclear/industrial construction
• Solid project management experience on large projects
• Proficiency in estimating software and Primavera P6
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• P. Eng., CET, or equivalent experience
