As a key member of the team, you will oversee the Refrigeration department, guiding both Journeypersons and Apprentices while managing budgets and materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support staff in refrigeration tasks
• Develop and manage the department budget
• Handle dispatch calls and assign tasks accordingly
• Ensure timely communication with mall departments




• Maintain and manage inventory for the refrigeration team

Requirements:
• Journeyperson/Red Seal HVAC Refrigeration certification
• Minimum 5-7 years in HVAC refrigeration repair
• Leadership experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be versatile with working hours and pass security clearance
