This full-time on-site role reports to the Manager Mine, focusing on the execution of maintenance activities for the mobile fleet and facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and adhere to courageous safety leadership principles
• Maximize equipment availability through predictive maintenance
• Collaborate with various teams to meet production targets




• Participate in budget development and monitoring
• Support the continuous improvement of operational efficiency

Requirements:
• BSc. in Engineering or technical accreditation
• Minimum 10 years of senior level experience in maintenance
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Robust analytical and decision-making abilities
