The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve in the A3 Thoracic/Vascular/PCU-S unit, ensuring high standards of patient care. Successful candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant acute care experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor surgical patients throughout care
• Facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team

• Train and support staff in best nursing practices
• Uphold the standards set by the College of Registered Nurses

Requirements:
• Three years of recent surgical nursing experience required
• Completion of a registered nursing program
• Certification in Critical Care and ECG Monitoring required
• Active CRNM registration and CPR certification
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
