Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic development of Partnerships and Impact plans
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and institutional donors
• Ensure effective resource allocation for program delivery




• Monitor and manage the implementation of departmental strategies
• Guide and support team performance and development

Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years in management within NGOs or similar fields
• Familiarity with institutional donors, specifically Global Affairs Canada
• Strong expertise in child rights and program development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in project management and problem-solving
