We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to improve our digital services. This role demands expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative design tools like Figma.
You will draw from over 5 years of experience in Digital Service Design to manage user stories and sprints effectively. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, conducting validation, and gathering requirements through user-focused sessions. You will develop performance measures to analyze design success across web platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track user stories within Agile frameworks
• Develop iterative designs and wireframes in Figma
• Facilitate JAD sessions and user interviews for requirements
• Conduct validation and verification of design elements
• Establish performance measures for business analysis evaluation
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in the field of Digital Service Design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps for tracking and testing
• Proven track record in validating design elements
• Solid capability in requirements gathering and analysis
