In this full-time role based at DUCA's corporate office in North York, you'll support both retail and commercial lending portfolios. Your expertise in data analytics will guide the organization in maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory reports. Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and IT to enhance reporting frameworks and improve data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Retail and Commercial dashboards for portfolio monitoring
• Maintain data validation routines for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate on improving risk data structure and governance




• Identify and resolve portfolio performance concerns
• Prepare management reports supporting credit initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or Finance
• 2-3+ years of experience in financial reporting
• Advanced skills in VBA, Power BI, SQL or Python
• Strong analytical and reporting expertise
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
