As a vital member of our community healthcare team, you will provide exceptional foot care to clients in their homes, leveraging your skills as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with Advanced Foot Care Certification. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed foot assessments and care plans
• Provide routine and advanced nail and foot care
• Educate clients on preventing foot health complications




• Monitor conditions and maintain precise documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care

Requirements:
• Must hold valid RN or RPN registration with CNO
• Current Advanced Foot Care Certificate required
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
