Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic nursing assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with families and health team members
• Educate patients and families about health management




• Coordinate transitions of care and discharge plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience
• Current BLS certification, ideally within the last year
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in coordinating care for families
