In this pivotal role, you will report to the AVP, Workday & HR Platforms. Your hands-on expertise in Workday will support the delivery of functions including configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor support. You will enhance the organization's capabilities while leading a team focused on innovative solutions across various Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Workday system configurations effectively
• Lead comprehensive testing including user acceptance and regression




• Collaborate with teams for process improvements
• Support Workday’s semi-annual release execution
• Develop and enforce security frameworks and initiatives

Requirements:
• 4 - 7 years of Workday experience
• Certification in Workday HCM or security
• Knowledge of multiple Workday modules
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
