Drive HRPA’s digital presence as an Advertising and Social Media Expert in a hybrid work model. Your storytelling skills and marketing expertise will play a vital role in community engagement.

In this full time Social Media and Advertising Specialist role, you will work with HRPA’s Marketing & Growth team to enrich our online community of over 25,000 members. You’ll manage daily social media interactions, create compelling content, and analyze performance data to craft more effective campaigns that resonate with HR professionals across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HRPA's social media content strategy and calendar
• Write and produce engaging organic content
• Attend events to share real-time updates and stories




• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns
• Monitor brand mentions and reputation across platforms

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
• Skilled in content creation and community management
• Familiarity with social media tools and advertising platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
• Ability to analyze data for campaign optimization
