CIP is looking for a Governance Coordinator with at least four years of relevant experience in nonprofit or membership organizations. This role involves facilitating meetings, coordinating agendas, and ensuring effective governance processes. You will support various committees and boards, contributing to our commitment to enhance planning professionals' careers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinates meetings and logistics for governance bodies
• Maintains governance documentation and meeting records




• Supports director nominations and meeting preparations
• Engages with volunteers and committees effectively
• Tracks committee budgets and volunteer recognition

Requirements:
• At least 4 years in administrative or governance roles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other platforms
• Robust attention to detail
• Flexible with a collaborative work approach
