The Estimator position at BAAC is a fantastic prospect for an individual with 1–5 years of estimating experience. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and evaluating subcontractor quotations. Collaborating closely with the Lead Estimator, you will also support project management by pricing change orders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare precise quantity take-offs from technical documents
• Develop cost-effective estimates for both underground and civil projects
• Review and analyze bids and contracts carefully




• Solicit competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in pricing revisions during project development

Requirements:
• 1–5 years of relevant estimating experience required
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team dynamic
• Experience with estimating software like Bluebeam is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
