Your key responsibilities include managing budgets, enhancing peak mitigation initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program operations and manage customer escalations
• Identify innovation opportunities to maximize energy savings
• Develop program frameworks, materials, and plans




• Lead the launch of peak and capacity mitigation initiatives
• Manage program budgets and performance metrics

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field with 3+ years of experience
• Project Management Professional designation preferred
• Experience with DSM programs and regulated utilities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proven team management and project execution ability
