As a full-time specialist, you will provide crucial field support, ensuring dealers are proficient in using Measure. This role involves frequent travel (approximately 80% of the time) and demands a strong background in technical training and customer service. Applicants with pool industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-field dealer product training and assist with troubleshooting
• Support onboarding of new sales personnel with technical training
• Manage CRM records for new dealer onboarding




• Drive customer conversion through in-field measuring
• Participate in industry events and provide product expertise

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
• Proven ability to solve complex problems effectively
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Prior experience in the pool industry is preferred
