Oversee the intake, review, and processing of warranty claims for unit sales products.

Ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately, with proper supporting documents, photos, and case details.

Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, internal teams, and dealers regarding claim approvals, rejections, and required follow-up actions.

Track claim status, turnaround time, and completion to maintain service standards.

Serve as a key point of contact for after-sales support matters from dealers and internal sales staff.

Support dealer partners with troubleshooting, process guidance, and after-sales policy clarification.

Help manage customer concerns professionally and elevate complex or sensitive issues when needed.

Maintain positive dealer relationships by ensuring consistent and reliable post-sale support.

Supervise and support aftersales staff or related team members involved in warranty, support, and service coordination.

Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure service priorities are handled effectively.

Provide coaching, guidance, and training to improve team responsiveness, accuracy, and product/process knowledge.

Promote accountability and robust follow-through within the after-sales function.

Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Product, Finance, and Operations to resolve after-sales matters efficiently.

Coordinate with Warehouse regarding replacement parts, returns, unit inspections, and service-related logistics.

Liaise with Product or technical teams for recurring defects, service patterns, and quality concerns.

Support Finance with after-sales-related credit, chargeback, or warranty cost documentation when needed.

Identify recurring after-sales issues and recommend practical improvements to reduce repeat problems and improve customer experience.

Maintain organized records of warranty claims, service cases, returns, and resolutions.

Prepare periodic reports on claim volume, turnaround time, unresolved cases, common product issues, and team performance.

Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and tracking tools for the after-sales function.

Qualifications:
