This full-time role focuses on maintaining aluminum can production equipment for the Beverage Packaging Division. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. You’ll engage in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with team members to minimize downtime and optimize quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair various manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance regularly
• Report on equipment status to Production Supervisors
• Adhere to standard operating procedures diligently

Requirements:
• Mechanical background preferred (millwright/mechanic)
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing physical tasks
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
