In this on-site role, you will provide IT support within a fast-moving research and development workplace. As the primary IT presence, your responsibilities will include managing networks, administering collaboration tools, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site IT support for hardware and software issues
• Manage endpoint and identity administration systems efficiently




• Administer productivity tools and coordinate ticketing support
• Oversee the site’s networking and conference room AV systems
• Maintain IT documentation and run IT asset lifecycle processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
• Hands-on with MDM and user-life-cycle administration
• Strong knowledge in networking, switching, and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills in end-user support
• Self-directed with a background in macOS environments
