This full-time role in St. Paul requires you to guide and support Medicare enrollment coordinators with compliance, auditing, and training. You will also track progress and outcomes, while proposing enhancements to streamline enrollment processes under state and federal regulations. Your guidance will ensure the delivery of unbiased information to potential members regarding their healthcare options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and train Medicare enrollment coordinator staff
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
• Evaluate enrollment processes and recommend improvements
• Serve as a contact for resolving enrollment issues
• Participate in planning for new purchasing strategies
Requirements:
• Three years in Health Care Programs and Managed Care Policy
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare enrollment and auditing
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of experience
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with SQL or SAS for data analysis
